KP Legacy Holdings, LLC is a Cleveland-based investment and operating company led by Northeast Ohio native Kevin LaJudice, who brings 15 years of leadership experience across multiple industries.
Our mission is to acquire, operate, and grow an exceptional business while preserving the culture, people, and legacy that made it successful. A core part of that mission is to create a significant number of family-sustaining jobs in Northeast Ohio.
Unlike traditional private equity, KP Legacy Holdings follows a "buy-and-build" philosophy focused on long-term ownership, steady growth, and continuity for employees and customers. We are not interested in quick flips, but in building enduring value.
